Sometimes tiredness is satisfying like at the end of a race or a long day. Tired because you know you've put in good work. Is there another way to describe the tiredness you're addressing? It sounds like unecessary tiredness. Which is the flip side of maximising energy I guess.

I describe that as being satisfied... tired after a good day's work. Yes, unnecessary, chronic or debilitating tiredness is a more accurate description

Do you think it will never end due to its relative nature? But that it will ‘end’ because your tiredness will be at a higher level and not as debilitating as before?

I like it. Transitions also have their bumps but implies progress. The very title of “struggling” landing in my inbox always brought up a flash of anxiety for me.
