I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and I dont know what else to say other than thank you for sharing, as people need to hear from those who've been impacted by suicide. A huge part of Running 4 Resilience's success has come from the founder sharing how losing his Dad to suicide impacted him, and I never want my daughters to go thru with he did because of my actions.
