I just want to say thanks to those of you who participated in Friday’s thread as it was one of the most meaningful discussions I’ve ever had.

Too many men and women are suffering in silence because (for whatever reason) they feel like they can’t ask for help, and conversations like the one we all had on Friday will go a long way towards making that a thing of the past.
