I don't think you're crazy at all - working out how much I need to eat and focusing on my sleep have been two measures that I've implemented recently that have been a game changer. I'm training better, work performance is up, and it's something that we are in complete control. Watching the evolution from weight loss focus to energy and how we use it has been great to follow.

How much more energy draining is it when you focus on losing weight rather than giving yourself more energy or you're focusing on other measure goals like running speed or distances and often the weight loss will just happen.

I've realised now if I'm doing these things, my goal of weight loss will come as a by-product, and often focusing on losing the weight stresses me out, and stress isn't good for helping lose weight haha, it's a vicious cycle. Focus on the broader and the narrow stuff will happen :D

It's much less stressful. This is the approach I took into my business. My focus was on helping people. How many people can I help and the rest (full books) just happened where as businesses tend to focus on the bookings and rebooking rate which just seens exhausting and stress provoking.

Thanks guys. That means a lot and stress (especially when you eat to deal with stress like I do) is the biggest killer of energy and weight I reckon. Spending more time these days getting organised and just going with the flow when things don't go to plan.

Well done Ben! Wish I could listen to the presentation. Also, looks like even Spiderman turned up to the talk at the back of the room there.

Well done tough guy. Please remember it’s about the future NOT the past!

Cheers James and I agree. But important to reflect on the past sometimes and take lessons.
