I don't think you're crazy at all - working out how much I need to eat and focusing on my sleep have been two measures that I've implemented recently that have been a game changer. I'm training better, work performance is up, and it's something that we are in complete control. Watching the evolution from weight loss focus to energy and how we use it has been great to follow.

Well done Ben! Wish I could listen to the presentation. Also, looks like even Spiderman turned up to the talk at the back of the room there.
