Ben, You’re asking a really important question here about root cause for well being. Safe to say there’s no one answer here. As someone who has battled with an anxiety weighted depression since 18 I know a thing or two about this subject from experience, lots of reading & therapy.
It’s taken a very long time but I too now feel like I’m ready to write & share what I have learnt and continue to learn about not only well being but the human struggle. It will most certainly be about energy, lack thereof, wisdom along the way & hanging in there when all else fails
I think energy is a continuum, sometimes we have more, other times less. The important part is being able to recognise when we have less, and make life adjustments so it doesn't continue to run us down.
For example, I was sick a week ago, I needed the energy I had to work, I wasn't getting regenerative sleep because my body was fighting the virus so I gave up gym and social activities until I had more energy.
Energy is created
We create
As you clearly prescribe energy and our own power is created through our engagement
Believe in your own power
People will always allow your energy to shine
Thank you for your honesty Ben
“Everything is Energy” - Albert Einstein
Nope, energy cannot be created or destroyed. Look it up.
Thank you for your honesty & shining the light

I love how passionate you are Ben :)
