I think your values and principles heavily align with Kate Freemans App Alya Health but I'm undecided if the two apps are competing apps or apps that may be able to compliment each other.

I haven't used Ayla health (sorry I spelt it wrong in my first comment haha) bur I've been a long time follower of Kate Freeman from when she started up as a small clinic from her house. I like her values, and I believe these values is what she has built into her new baby Ayla Health. It's not about good and bad goods, or about diets. It's about the base knowledge to make food choices that are right for you and building healthy habits. Which is what Alfred was doing too, making people aware of their energy in vs energy out and realising I'm consuming too much or not enough energy and I need to change that so that I can be the best version of me.
