Well said Benny. Actions always speak louder than words and he’s always been someone whose actions show kindness, empathy, justice, equality & integrity… not only for people but for our environment. He got our vote and hope he gets in.

Thanks Sarah. Actions certainly do speak louder than words, and Poey has proven himself to be a man of action many many times over. Great to hear he got your vote!

If he was running in WA I definitely would! He has shown a lot of integrity on and off the rugby field for years.

Yep... 100%. Unfortunately, I can't vote for him because I'm in a different electorate. But if I was - would definitely. Get on Poey. Career politicians & career sports administrators for mine are one in the same. Short term solutions for personal advancement Vs. long terms solutions & the right policies that benefit the majority & create long term legacy. Been a long time between drinks from the innovation & long term restructure of the Australian Economy in the 80's & 90's to what we've seen since - slothful policy, short term & populace intervention to secure individual benefit - from both major parties - Vote independents all the way for mine!

Totally agree Boss. And I think they focus on short term solutions because they become so focused on their personal careers, that they lose sight of the people their supposed to serve and represent. The great irony is that the ones who stay focused on serving their people are usually the ones who have great careers!
