Even in the short time I’ve followed your writings you’ve made more impact on me than anything you did on the field ( and that’s not underplaying the fact that ur in the top 0.00001% of people who can represent their country at rugby ).

This was interesting indeed. The bot has a lot more empathy and understanding than a lot of HUMANS! Thanks for sharing Ben! I'm glad that Breeny already told you not to be ashamed of your trauma. Trauma is trauma and cannot be compared.
I must not have been watching that football game Ben, either that or I don't remember it. You'll be amazed at how much we catastrophize things in our head compared to how others remember it. We remember things based on our experience of it too, so you could have two people recall the exact same memory but they will be two completely different stories of the same event.
Interesting read, I'm amazed at the advice it gives, I think the tech we are seeing is absolutely mindblowing.
