This hit hard as it can create a negative downward spiral, “Then I become more tired, I begin to doubt myself, procrastinate, and do less work that’s usually to a standard far below what I’m capable of.” And you’re spot on, regardless of what has triggered this situation (genetics, weather, depression, isolation, broken routines, trauma, work etc), I’ve found that I always bounce when my mental and physical wellbeing are back in focus.

Thanks mate and I think it's a very common cycle everyone falls into from time to time. For me, the challenge has been to have a routine that reduces the frequency of it happening, and being aware that when that cycle does start, do things that reduce the depth of the spiral.
