Sounds like you're already on the path to achieving balance, by being kinder to yourself, sharing your ideas even though you have fear around how it will be recieved.
I often remind myself how much growth happens during the process and that I need to enjoy it and focus less on the intended outcome.
100% agree with Clare, that enjoying the process is and reminding ourselves of that is a really helpful way to find balance.
I also think as a society we stigmatise certain feelings or actions as “negative” when they have a strong positive element that can be helpful in everyday life and in achieving balance. As an example think about the words “pride” and “selfish” and what you think about when you hear them?
I think you should be really proud of what you’re trying to achieve with Alfred and that pride will help you talk about it more openly.
Personally, I can’t wait for Alfred 2.0 and want to hear all about it!
I'll never forget the time I was taking a selfie and my sister said to me, geee you're really up yourself. But it wasn't that at all, I was just appreciating myself in that moment and I said to her, I can appreciate when I look and feel good.
Alfred has the passion and values to be a success. The motivation is intrinsic, it's caring about people and wanting to help them.

Thank you Crabby. I can’t wait for the time to be right to fire Alfred back up!
Stop worrying. Only answer to yourself!
Don’t believe what you read , what you hear or what you are told. Decide for yourself.
Plan carefully with the end in mind. You need both long term and short term targets.
Stop talking about it , writing about it ; get on with it!
