I am not sure if you intentionally wrote this in a condescending way, and if you truly believe that you have made significant steps in your journey by not taking responsibility for things that you directly caused or by omission of fault.
I feel that you have only dug yourself deeper in to denial, and that is only going to make your journey much more difficult than it needs to be.
