100 minute mark in a half marathon - great psychological barrier to break! Also that screentime effort is sensational. So easy to spend time poorly with a phone in your pocket.

Love it when you get to reflect on something and, as you're going through it, you realise that something you thought was horrible at the time isn't so bad in hindsight. Such a beneficial activity!
It is and it certainly felt horrible at the time. But yeah, after making some time to reflect, I'm super proud how I got thru Nov. Welcome aboard again to mate. Excited you're along for the ride.
Oohh, I won't be rushing back to the 3 main stressors (grandpa's death, wife's work travel and my work stress) as they where pretty bad, but I do feel much better about the month thanks to the reflection.
A great month Benny. Can just imagine the Eddie Murphy movie 'Daddy Day Care' with you at the helm. Cracking half mara pace, I'll hit that one day!
