🚨Life Announcements
Writing for Code Sports, The Dock backs Travla, and Alfred begins fundraising.
Last week I was asked to write some articles for Code Sports.
I don’t write for money, and only started because I felt overwhelmed during the first lockdown.
But 150+ blogs later, my writing has gotten better and an editor reached out to see if I was keen.
Which I am, and agreed to do a few Rugby articles leading up to the World Cup to see if I enjoy it.
And I want to thank you for your support, as I wouldn't have kept up writing without it.
Especially those of you who commented and messaged me privately in the early days.
A time when it was clear I was struggling.
My blog is not going away, and I may still write here over the coming weeks.
But I should pause it for a bit, or keep posts brief as to not overload my plate.
Thanks again.
2 more things…
Before you go, I want to share:
The Dock invested in Travla, an Aussie beer company started by actor Travis Fimmel and Masterchef Andy Allen. I’ll write more about this later, but we’re pumped to be onboard because:
It’s the beer I drink
They sponsor
It’s a great commercial opportunity and;
I like how they're encouraging people to be healthier (the beer is mid-strength and low-calorie) and go explore Australia with mates.
My start-up Alfred has begun fundraising. Alfred is an energy management platform with a mission to help everyone on the planet feel great. If you’d like to know more, email me at ben@alfredapp.com.au.
Congrats Ben!
Perhaps you can link us to the articles you write on the blog so they are delivered to our inbox and we can continue to read your writing :)
Congrats and All the Best Benny Bro.
