It’s being able to zoom right out and look at the full picture that helps us really see, observe and understand what’s going on and where we need to course correct. Being able to do that for oneself takes a lot of practice and I think is possibly one of the highest and most challenging parts of ‘self coaching’
Great piece. Getting to the root cause takes longer but the results are much more positive
