Sounds like the old "imposter syndrome" - i.e. who am I to give advice when I'm still working it out?
I think your writing would be very helpful for those considering a career change (or other big change), or just about to start - to help people, you only need to be just ahead of where they are, you don't necessarily need to have all the answers.
