I’ve had similar thoughts in the past (and very recently) that there have been too many tabs open in my life or too many paths I’ve considered going down - in doing that it can be quite draining and over-stimulating. Whether it’s volunteering in various organisations, looking at different careers/job options, running social activities, I’ve thought about what connects or draws me to those choices and ultimately ‘what’s my why’?

In doing that I’ve distilled it down to a few areas that I now focus my attention and have discovered that it’s about creating awareness of (and where I can in delivering) positive opportunities for stakeholders which could be members, companies, teams, etc. Naturally I’ve followed a path through stakeholder engagement as a primary function.

The amazing thing with R4R is that it’s organically doing that with different activities, social connections, etc. through a key driver of exercise to prevent suicide. But it delivers so much more and I’m very grateful for what you have done as a founder and then inspired others to help grow it.
