Have you ever beat yourself up for what you ate, or starved yourself to lose weight quickly?
Well my start-up is called Alfred, and we help people lose weight sustainably by counting their calories for them.
Using Alfred requires a subscription and takes users just 1 minute per day, as nutrition students calculate the energy in meals based on a photo, or just text if the user forgets.
Over 190,00 meals have been tracked using Alfred, and we’re currently supporting 95 people to lose weight sustainably.
I think how much energy you have matters, and I wasted so much of my energy beating myself up for not eating perfectly, while carrying around unnecessary weight.
But thanks to the education I got from tracking what I eat, I don't anymore, and have spent the last 6 years trying to make it easy for anyone to do the same.
