I’ve copped some hate lately for sharing how much I sleep, and ex-teammate
use to call me “Sloth” because I loved napping so much.But since retiring, I’ve learned that’s because I was actually sleeping terribly at night, and now I’m sleeping much better.
So to stick it to the haters (and help myself and others sleep better), I’m proud to announce Sleepstack, a newsletter about — you guessed it — sleep!
I’m not sure what frequency I’ll post (probably fortnightly). But when I do, I’ll share strategies and what the latest research says about how to get great sleep.
