Your kids are young and you won’t get this time back. Do the things that simply can’t wait and leave the others for later. Perhaps journalling can be your way of maintaining work on the book?

Great advice. neither “simply can’t wait”, so will just keep journaling and see what happens!

Is there a deadline for the book?

Can you just write it when you feel like it? Then it is done when it is done?

No deadline. Only a self imposed one. And agree I’ll write when the time is right

No easy choices but I'd go with the book. Just being realistic about how crowded the well being market is I think Albert could just be an uphill battle. Ultimately though do whatever brings you most happiness. It's not all about commercial gain in the end!

Thanks mate, but isnt the book market the most

crowded? Was in a book store the other day. Soooooo many books for people to choose from.

It is crowded but you've probably got more of a ready made audience with the rugby part in there and sports biographies are quite popular in Aus.

All I would say is, whichever you choose will still involve effort and will not always be fun. Unfortunately, that's life most of the time! That's not meant to sound as negative as it comes across. But, choose what brings you the most joy. Right now, maybe it is neither - just journal as things come to you, and that can be the start of your book notes to come back to?
